1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Proof of damage (unboxing video/photos) is provided
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the exclusive and hand-painted nature of our products:
- Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
